For you information following is an update as of 3:00 p.m.

1. Using Berkeley County
GIS, Hollianne at CMG and with help from Brian Meyers, I was able to locate a
phone number for the owner of the land adjacent to Beresford Run. I’ve left
three voice mail requests for someone to return my call. No one has returned my
calls to date. If and when someone does, I plan to explain our situation and
request the owner not allow the land to be subdivided.
2. At 2:00 p.m. Friday,
February 24, 2012 I contacted Mark Davis, Planner for Berkeley County. He
reported the County has NOT received a new site plan for the
property.
3. At 2:05 p.m. Friday,
February 24, 2012 I attempted to contact Gary White of the City of Charleston to
see what his plans are for rescinding the curb cut permit. I left a voice mail
and he has not returned my call.
I’m having trouble with the distribution list I prepared in
Outlook. An error msg keeps appearing stating “452 4.1.1 too many recipients
for message” and fails to send to about 50 addresses. I may have to start over
and rebuild the list… I did search the internet for samples of a letter of
resolution. I’ll prepare a draft over the weekend.
There shouldn’t be much happen over the weekend.
